Payments are non-refundable
Lluvia Massage does not offer refunds after payment. Please confirm your service, studio and appointment details before paying.
Missed appointments
Special-occasion appointments include birthday and anniversary experiences. Contact your studio if you have questions about the terms for your selected booking.
- Standard couples appointment — No-show fee — $100
- Special-occasion appointment — No-show fee — $200
If your plans change
Contact your studio as soon as possible to discuss your appointment. A booking change does not automatically entitle you to a refund. The team can explain the options available for your booking.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will not be charged.

Membership cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time without penalty. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@lluviamassage.com. Refunds will not be issued for unused membership benefits.
