Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Membership Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership at any time without penalty. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@lluviamassage.com. Refunds will not be issued for unused membership benefits.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a billing dispute, you agree to first contact the Company to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree not to initiate a dispute with your bank or financial institution. Instead, you agree to follow the dispute resolution process outlined by Lluvia Massage.
Service Policy
- No Refunds for Services: Please note that we do not offer refunds for any of our services.
- Cancellation Fees: If you need to reschedule or cancel, there's a $100 charge for no-shows and $200 for any special events or packages, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or Valentine's Day. This charge covers the cost of the appointment and is only applied if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will not be charged. If you reschedule, you'll only need to pay the difference on your new appointment date. This policy is in place to minimize lost disputes and ensure a commitment to the scheduled service. We kindly ask our customers to understand that these fees are necessary to protect the livelihood of our therapists and ensure availability for all clients.
